Alfonsina Floreale

As its name suggests, the Floreale variety has a fruit profile with a strong presence of red fruit notes, the wine base is composed in its entirety by the Malbec strain. Through various fruits and herbs, we looked to highlight the sweetest tannins, typical of this variety. Malbec, as the base, provides a delicate roundness in the mouth, presenting friendly notes to the palate. It is worth mentioning that, like the other varieties, it is a dry vermouth that highlights the wine profile of Paraje Altamira; maintaining the essence of the raw material. The herbs that accompany the wine base are: wormwood (main herb of vermouth), mint (which brings freshness), the coriander highlights herbal notes, while dill adds texture and consistency to the aromatic profile.
