The grapes that give origin to Golem have been carefully selected, plant by plant. We choose the highest concentration at the ideal point of maturity of each. This allows us to extract a wine of the year perfectly round and finished, with complex layers and deep minerality. We bottled it in its year of harvest to preserve all that strength.
